Drop in / Visitor FAQ

Members book through the FitBox app or member portal. Download the app or log in online to reserve your spot in upcoming classes.

Classes open for booking 7 days in advance

You can join the waitlist through FitBox. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to the class and notified.

Cancel at least 2 hours before class start time to avoid using your class allocation

Part Time memberships include up to 3 classes per week. Unlimited memberships include unlimited access to all CrossFit and Hybrid classes. Juniors and specialty classes may have separate requirements.

Book an intro session first. We’ll assess your experience, discuss your goals, and recommend the appropriate classes for your level.

Yes, arrive 10 minutes early for your first class at a new time slot. This gives you time to set up equipment and meet your coach. Regular attendees can arrive 5 minutes early.
