Have questions about our drop in, visitor pass or programs?
Yes. For CrossFit classes, we require a minimum of 6 months CrossFit experience. This ensures you’re familiar with the movements and can participate safely in our regular classes.
HYROX / Hybrid classes are accessible to experienced athletes with less CrossFit-specific background but general fitness training experience.
We strongly prefer that visitors book online and complete the waiver in advance. This makes check-in smooth and ensures we have space for you. However, we can usually accommodate same-day drop-ins if you arrive early and space is available. Classes must be booked through Wodify.
Both day and week passes include access to all CrossFit and Hybrid classes, unlimited open gym access during available hours, and use of all facility amenities including showers and changing facilities. You’ll need to bring your own personal equipment like grips, belts, or wraps.

Yes, we have dedicated on-site parking available for all visitors. This is a significant advantage in Sydney, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the area.
Perfect! Many visiting athletes use our facility when they’re in Sydney for competitions. We’re familiar with working around event schedules and can help you maintain your training or recover between competition days. Just let us know your situation when you book.
Not at this time. Our pricing is the same for all visiting athletes regardless of home gym affiliation.
